Hlavním cílem projektu je revitalizace bytového domu na ulici Husitská č. p. 1327 - 1328 ve městě Hranice. Stavební práce se zejména týkají zateplení obvodového pláště bytového domu. V důsledku snížení energetické náročnosti budovy jsou očekávány finanční úspory za odběr tepelné energie, vylepšení vnitřního prostředí budovy, navýšení komfortu bydlení, zhodnocení objektu a v neposlední řadě zlepšení architektonického vzhledu bytového domu.
