Předmětem projektu jsou stavební úpravy objektu bytového domu Husova 989 ve městě Chodov u Karlových Varů, za účelem snížení energetické náročnosti objektu. Pro snížení energetické náročnosti objektu je navrženo zateplení veškerých obvodových stěn nad úrovní podlahy v 1NP až k úrovni střešní konstrukce, výměna stávajících dřevěných zdvojených výplní a stávajících dveří za nová a střešní konstrukce se po očištění stávajícího střešního pláště zateplí tepelnou izolací z polystyrénových desek.
