Projekt řeší nevhodnou organizaci přestupu mezi linkami VLD a MHD poblíž křižovatky Klatovská x Kaplířova, s důrazem na zvýšení bezpečnosti přestupů a časové úspoře cestujících. Umístění terminálu bylo zvoleno na jižním okraji města s ohledem na navazující administrativně - vzdělávací a průmyslovou zónu Borská pole, která má vysoké nároky na dopravní obslužnost. Ukončením řady linek VLD se vyřeší i dosud neekonomické souběžné vedení VLD a MHD až do centrální oblasti města. (Czech)
