V rámci projektu dojde k zateplení obvodových stěn objektu školy, zateplení plochých střech (nadotčených střechách je navržen nový hromosvod), výměně starých dřevěných oken a vchodových dvěříze dvora objektu. V objektu šaten bude řešena sanace obvodového zdiva v souvislosti s výskytemvlhkosti.Realizací projektu se předpokládá úspora celkové roční spotřeby energie ve výši 502,3 GJ/rok, cožodpovídá 139,5 MWh/rok.Návaznost na 5.1b Snížení energetické náročnosti budov Obchodní akademie Kolín.
