Předmětem projektu jsou energetické úspory na budově č.p. 916 ve Valašských Kloboukách. Budova se nachází v městské památkové zóně Valašské Klobouky. Stavba se nachází v zastavené části obce. Budova je objektem občanské vybavnosti, sídlí zde kino. Záměrem je zmodernizvovat zastaralou budovu prostřednictvím kroků (stavebních úprav - zateplením - obvodového pláště, stropní konstrukce, střešní konstrukce, výměnou otvorových výplní), které povedou ke snížení energetické náročnosti.
