Projekt řeší zateplení střechy objektu mateřské školy a osazení termostatických hlavic na stávající radiátorové ventily a hydraulické vyvážení rozvodu ústředního topení. Navržené úpravy budou prováděny výhradně ve vnitřních prostorách budovy, která je národní kulturní památkou a kde jakékoliv zásahy do obvodového pláště či nosných konstrukcí jsou nepřípustné.
