Projekt je zaměřen na zvyšování efektivity systému řízení úřadu a změn na MHMP prostřednictvím využití a zavádění nástrojů, prvků a principů procesního řízení, které nachází své místo a využití už i v prostředí veřejné správy. Procesní řízení napomáhá optimalizovat její činnosti, zaměřit se na kvalitu poskytovaných služeb a přizpůsobit se novým potřebám a změnám. Realizací plánovaných aktivit získá MHMP přehled procesů vhodných k budoucí standardizaci. (Czech)
