Projekt řeší snížení energ. náročnosti historické budovy kombinovaný na dvou žádostech v budově 1. stupně Základní školy č.p. 715, č.par. st.566 v kú Straré Město. Vzhledem k architektonické hodnotě budovy nedoporučil orgán památkové péče kompletní zateplení. Bude provedeno částečné zateplení obvodového pláště, zateplení stropní konstrukce, výměna otvorových výplní, rekuperace učeben a vybudována nová plynová kotelna napojena na stávající otopný systém.
