Projekt je zaměřený na instalaci zateplení obvodového pláště, zateplení střechy a výměny výplní otvorů, čímž dojde ke kompletnímu zateplení objektu č. p. 1431 Střekov. Z hlediska technických přínosů rekonstrukce se jedná o zamezení vzniku plísní, zlepšení tepelné pohody v objektu, eliminace vlivu systematických tepelných mostů, zamezení pronikání vlhkosti konstrukčními spárami v konstrukcích.
