Předmětem projektu jsou stavební úpravy stávajícího objektu Základní školy Vsetín, Rokytnice 436. Hlavním cílem stavebních úprav je zajištění snížení energetické náročnosti objektu ZŠ. Projekt řeší kompletní zateplení obvodového pláště objektu včetně střech, výměnu výplní otvorů v obvodovém plášti, výměnu původních dřevěných oken, kovových dveří, vnitřních kovových dveří u hlavních vstupů, prosklených stěn na schodištích pav. vedení, šaten a tělocvičen, systém nuceného větrání včetně hromosvodu.
