Projekt je zaměřen na zlepšení současného systému strategického řízení a tvorby strategických dokumentů místní samosprávy v Uherském Hradišti. V souvislosti s tvorbou a implementací strategických dokumentů bude posílena komunikace mezi hlavními aktéry strategického plánování na místní úrovni, kterými jsou místní samospráva (reprezentovaná volenými zástupci), městský úřad, podnikatelský a neziskový sektor a obyvatelé města.
