Předmětem projektu je v návaznosti na nastavené systémy v oblasti kvality, rozvoje, nastavené spolupráce s klienty a ŘLZ realizovat opatření, která přispějí k zefektivnění veřejné správy na MMP a otevření se klientům úřadu. Konkrétně dojde ke zvýšení řízení kvality na MMP zavedením modelu EFQM, zlepšení procesu adaptace nových zaměstnanců zavedením procesu mentoringu, systematizaci pracovních míst a vytvoření pasportů pracovních pozic, k ukotvení spolupráce a komunikace s klienty ÚSA.
