    Projekt navazuje a rozšiřuje již zrealizované aktivity v rámci projekt výzvy č. 89 (OP LZZ) a to především na vytvořenou Strategii ŘLZ, kterou doplňuje o nové oblasti ŘLZ při použití nových nástrojů řízení LZ a také reaguje na analýzu vzdělávacích potřeb, kdy dochází ke zvýšení znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců na základě této analýzy.Mimo tyto navazující oblasti řeší projekt manažerský audit, nastavení systému komunikace jak uvnitř úřadu, tak směrem ke klientům/veřejnosti.
