Hlavním účelem stavby je zvýšit retenci území a současně jeho biodiverzitu.Realizací tohoto souboru prvku má být zajištěno zlepšení podmínek životního prostředí ve všech jeho složkách. Má být dotvořen funkční systém ekologické stability v území dotčeném negativními důsledky intenzivní zemědělské výroby. Mají být kompenzovány důsledky změn vyvolaných využíváním území pro zemědělskou výrobu, pro bydlení a dopravu. (Czech)
