Projekt reaguje na několik problematických oblastí v organizaci, kterými jsou zejména implementace strategického plánu, výkonu fundraisingu a PR aktivit a limity v kompetencích pracovníků. Prostřednictvím vzdělávacích aktivit, odborných stáží a cílené podpory ze strany expertů a chce docílit posílení kompetencí pracovníků pro výkon jejich činností a zajistit tak fungující proces strategického plánování, efektivní výkon fundraisingu i PR aktivit a zvýšení známosti organizace mezi veřejností.
