Projekt se zaměřuje na profesionalizaci NNO Business & Professional Women Praha II (BPW) prostřednictvím posílení kompetencí 7 zaměstnankyň a zavedením strategických dokumentů v oblastech strategického řízení, fundraisingu, PR, komunikace, kvality služeb a nástrojů SW v období 7/2016-6/2018. Cíle dosáhneme spoluprací s expertkami, skupinovým a individuálním koučinkem a mentoringem. Realizace projektu výraznou měrou přispěje k efektivnější práci zaměstnanců s cílovou skupinou organizace.
