Cílem projektu je realizovat komplexní opatření vedoucí k posílení odborných kapacit organizace, získání potřebných znalostí pro rozvoj marketingových, fundraisingových a PR aktivit, lepší nastavení systému řízení a implementace navržených vnitřních mechanismů.
