Projekt FOKUS NOVĚ je zaměřen na rozvoj naší organizace. Cílem projektu je zefektivnění fungování organizace, zvýšení její finanční stability a rozvoj fundraisingu. Do přípravy i realizace projektu jsou zapojení místní experti (partnerství navázaná v projektu budou pokračovat i po jeho skončení). Pro realizaci projektu jsme z auditní zprávy vybrali nejpalčivější problémy, jejich řešení nám umožní se posunout a zajistit tak kvalitnější služby pro klienty a být důvěryhodným partnerem pro donátory.
