Projekt řeší zateplení objektů 1.ZŠ v Americké ulici čp. 1453/36 v Chebu. Areál školy zahrnuje objekty SO A - SO H. Objekty se nachází na p.č. 5897, 5898, 5899, 5900 k.ú.Cheb. Navržená opatření zahrnují kompletní zateplení obvodového pláště včetně soklů, plochých střech a výměnu oken, úpravu ÚT doplněním nových směšovacích stanic, provedení MaR a osazení termostatických hlavic ÚT, provedení účinného větrání učeben s rekuperací a zavedení energetického managementu.
