Projekt bude zaměřen na zavedení strategického řízení úřadů měst Mostu a Litvínova v oblasti dopravní politiky, pomocí vytvoření a implementace integrovaného plánu udržitelné mobility. Města nyní nemají zavedený žádný strategický plán či generel v oblasti dopravní politiky, což významně ovlivňuje efektivitu úřadů při vynakládání finančních prostředků na investice v oblasti dopravy.
