Projekt je zaměřen na začlenění znevýhod. mladých lidí ve věku 18 - 25 let do společnosti a na trh práce, prostřed. motivačních a vzdělávacích aktivit, individ. pohovorů a poradenství, zahraničních stáží v Polsku a v Itálii, které budou připravovány na míru konkrétním účastníkům. Po ukončení stáží bude CS poskytována další individuální podpora tak, aby došlo k jejich úspěšné integraci do zaměstnání či dalšího vzdělávání. Do projektu zapojíme 18 účastníků, předpokl. 10 úspěšných absolventů stáží. (Czech)

The project is aimed at integrating disadvantages of young people aged 18-25 into society and the labour market, through motivational and educational activities, individ. interviews and consultancy, foreign internships in Poland and Italy, which will be tailored to specific participants. After completion of the internships, CS will be provided with additional individual support in order to successfully integrate them into employment or further education. We will involve 18 participants in the project, presumption. 10 successful internship graduates. (English)
