    Záměr a cíle projektu vychází z doporučení procesní analýzy. Aktivity projektu povedou díky expertní podpoře k rozvoji individuálního fundraisingu, systému personálního řízení a efektivním marketingovým aktivitám. V rámci projektu také dojde ke vzniku databáze kontaktů organizace, a především k vybudování strategie organizace, na jejímž základě budou vypracovány a vyhodnocovány také fundraisingové a marketingové plány.     The project’s objective and objectives are based on the recommendations of procedural analysis. Thanks to expert support, project activities will lead to the development of individual fundraising, personnel management system and effective marketing activities. The project will also create a database of contacts of the organisation and, above all, the organisation’s strategy will be developed and evaluated on the basis of which fundraising and marketing plans will be developed and evaluated.
