Farní charita Beroun, významný poskytovatel sociálních služeb v regionu a zkušený realizátor projektů podpořených ze strukturálních fondů, se v projektu zaměřuje jak na rozvoj a profesionalizaci vlastních zaměstnanců, tak na rozvoj samotné organizace. Projekt v pěti KA řeší, na základě doporučení auditora, slabá místa výzvou definovaných pěti oblastí organizace. Realizací projektu budou slabá místa odstraněna, bude posílena kapacita NNO a dlouhodobá udržitelnost a kvalita její činnosti. (Czech)

The Parish Charity Beroun, an important provider of social services in the region and an experienced developer of projects supported from structural funds, focuses both on the development and professionalisation of its own employees and on the development of the organisation itself. The project in five KAs, based on the auditor’s recommendation, solves vulnerabilities with a challenge defined by five areas of the organisation. By implementing the project, weaknesses will be eliminated, NGO capacity and long-term sustainability and the quality of its activities will be strengthened. (English)
