Cílem projektu je stanovit a propojit poslání a strategické plánování s operativním řízením organizace Centrum MARTIN o.p.s., stabilizovat financování, zvýšit spokojenost a motivaci zaměstnanců, zefektivnit provoz a vytvořit lepší podmínky a služby pro klienty.Pro dosažení stanovených cílů rámci projektu vznikne řada strategických a řídících dokumentů, které zefektivní a zformalizují jednotlivé procesy organizace a bude realizována řada školení a prezentací dobré praxe pro zaměstnance žadatele.
