Projekt je zaměřen především na financování mzdových nákladů pracovníků sekretariátu Regionální stálé konference pro území Plzeňského kraje ( dále jen RSK PK), který organizačně a administrativně zabezpečuje činnost RSK PK a jí zřízených pracovních skupin.
