    Projekt má za cíl zvýšit efektivitu, fungování a zprofesionalizování poměrně mladé organizace. Nastavit vhodný a reálný strategický plán, kterým se bude organizace v příštích letech řídit.Zvýšit vzdělanost a odbornost zaměstnanců ve vybraných oblastech řízení organizace. V důsledku má projekt nastavit chod organizace tak, aby fungovala efektivně,účelně s minimem finančních prostředků a byla přehledná a dostupná pro cílovou skupinu, pro kterou pracuje, tedy pro osoby s hendikepem .
