    Projekt reaguje na problém, kdy osoby s Alzheimerovou chorobou, které žádají o přijetí do pobytových zařízení sociální péče (DZR) tráví čekací dobu, která často přesahuje 12 měsíců, v nevhodných podmínkách, protože rodina ani běžná pečovatelská služba není schopna zajistit jejich kvalitní setrvání v domácím prostředí. Projekt se soustředí na pilotáž modelu, který těmto osobám umožní setrvat v domácím prostředí kvalitně a co nejdéle - motivuje rodinu, vychovává profesionály, zaplňuje mezery. (Czech)
