Třetí klíč k práci pomocí cílené rekvalifikace, podpořené poradenským a motivačním programem nabízí komplexní řešení problematiky znevýhodnění na trhu práce u osob pečujících o děti do 15 let, zejména v lokalitě Sedlčanska (okres Příbram). Cílem projektu je zvýšení zaměstnanosti pečujících osob (převážně žen) a minimalizace uvedeného znevýhodnění (podpora sladění pracovního a rodinného života a rozvoj dovedností potřebných k pohybu na trhu práce).
