Vznikne kulturně-komunitní centrum Otevřené Paraple, kde dojde k realizaci širokého spektra nových aktivit (kulturně-komunitní, sociálně-aktivizační a pohybově-aktivizační), k interakci a propojení vozíčkářů s místní komunitou. Aktivity směřují k posilování sociální soudržnosti na úrovni místní komunity, k soc. začleňování a k aktivní participaci osob z CS.
