Projekt se zaměřuje na dlouhodobou podporu cílových skupin. Jeho cílem je zvýšení dostupnosti motivačních, psychoterapeutických a poradenských služeb pro určené CS. Aktivity vedou k zmírnění znevýhodnění těchto osob spojené s jejich hendikepem nebo s poskytováním neformální péče. Toto znevýhodnění způsobuje potíže při znovuzačlenění do společnosti a potenciálně na pracovní trh. Cílová skupina vzejde z oblasti Středočeského kraje s největším dopadem na území MAS Podlipansko.
