Projekt navazuje na investiční projekt vybudování komunitních centra. Předkládaný projekt je proto zaměřen na realizaci aktivit přímé komunitní sociální práce s CS, při kterých budou využity prostory nového KC. Klíčové aktivity vychází z potřeb CS, které byly zjišťovány v přípravné fázi projektu. Jde o tyto:1) Realizace programů v tzv.
