    Zvýšení pracovních a sociálních kompetencí obyvatel žijících v sociálně vyloučených lokalitách nebo lokalitách ohrožených sociálním vyloučením na území ORP Svitavy.V rámci systému prevence kriminality, zajištění bezpečnosti a pořádku zřizuje město Svitavy dvě pracovní pracovní pozice "domovníka preventisty".
