Projekt se zaměřuje na systematickou, cílevědomou a dlouhodobou práci s rodinami, které jsou ohroženy sociálním vyloučením. Prostřednictvím preventivních aktivit budou rodiny podporovány a aktivizovány tak, aby v budoucnu byly obnoveny základní funkce rodiny a došlo k jejich stabilizaci. Projekt bude také zaměřen na mentoringový program pro děti se začínajícími výchovnými potížemi či z rizikových rodin a na vzdělávání a supervize pracovníků v přímé péči. (Czech)

The project focuses on systematic, focused and long-term work with families at risk of social exclusion. Through preventive activities, families will be supported and activated so that the basic functions of the family are restored and stabilised in the future. The project will also focus on a mentoring programme for children with beginning educational difficulties or from risky families and on the education and supervision of direct care workers. (English)
