Projekt se zaměřuje na identifikaci a odstraňování dopadů institucionalizace na uživatele sociálních služeb a zároveň podpoří kompetence pracovníků CSS Stod. Obsahem projektového záměru je podpoření aktivit neinvestičního charakteru, jako jsou vzdělávací aktivity pro pracovníky zapojené do procesu transformace, vytváření metodických postupů vedoucích k začlenění uživatelů sociálních služeb do běžného prostředí a vytvoření evaluačních postupů a jejich realizace.
