Projekt je zaměřen na zkvalitnění stávajících sociálních služeb a poskytování sociálně aktivizačních služeb pro rodiny s dětmi a odbornéhosociálního poradenství v přímé práci s klienty. Cílovou skupinou projektu jsou sociálně ohrožené osoby a rodiny s dětmi a osoby v krizové situaci na Hlučínsku. Cílem projektu je obnovení narušených funkcí rodin, jejich stabilizace, prevence a eliminace dopadu krizových situací na osoby a rodiny vč. zamezování rozvoje sociálně patologických jevů u osob CS.
