Projekt je zaměřen na aktualizaci stávajícího Komunitního plánu sociálních služeb regionu Brdy-Vltava, jehož planost vyprší rokem 2017. Cílem projektu je aktualizovat analytickou část dokumentu a na jejím základě definovat priority v oblasti rozvoje sociálních a návazných služeb pro období dalších 5 let. V projektu se zaměříme na ověření případného deficitu služeb v území, na oblast sociálního začleňování osob ohrožených soc. vyloučením a rovněž na efektivní provazbu sociálních a zdrav. služeb.
