Projekt je zaměřen na podporu procesů plánování soc. služeb v Jihočeském kraji na krajské i místní úrovni včetně zpracování Střednědobého plánu rozvoje soc. služeb, při které budou aktivně participovat obce. Zároveň se vytvoří nový krajský informační systém s názvem Jihočeská aplikace pro SS (JASS) určený k plánování, řízení a financování sítě sociálních služeb. Dalším výstupem bude Krajský plán vyrovnávání příležitostí pro osoby se zdr. postižením a Elektronický katalog soc. služeb v Jč. kraji. (Czech)
