Projektový záměr řeší potřebu posílení kapacit České ženské lobby (ČŽL), členské sítě Evropské ženské lobby (EWL), a to jak z hlediska transformace, dalšího rozvoje a profesionalizace střešní organizace,tak z hlediska posílení metodické podpory a poradenství vůči členským organizacím (28 organizací působících v oblasti rovných příležitostí i soc.začleňování).Navržená řešení vycházejí z realizovaného procesního auditu,kterým ČŽL v roce 2015 prošla a šetřením potřeb mezi členskými organizacemi.
