Přestože mezi roky 2014 a 2017 došlo k řadě zásadních systémových změn napravujících nemravné ohnutí zákonů zájmovými skupinami vymahačů dluhů, tyto změny neměly retroaktivní charakter a tak i nadále jsou vedeny miliony často nemravných či přímo nezákonných exekucí, ze kterých nemají dlužníci šanci se pouhým splácením dostat. Zároveň do finále vstupuje insolvenční novela, která dá šanci statisícům předlužených lidí. A právě pomoc s oddlužením těmto lidem je hlavním cílem předkládaného projektu. (Czech)

At the same time, there is an insolvency amendment that will give hundreds of thousands of overindebted people a chance. And helping with debt relief to these people is the main objective of the project. (English)
