The fact that thousands of gains could be earned in order to recover an amount of CZK 1 is a high rate of over-indebtedness, with a decrease in enforceability. The most likely hundreds of hundreds of thousands of executions are being held illegally, according to the case-law of the Constitutional Court, but people with low education fail to benefit from legal rights.     Před lety se z byznysu s bídou stal výnosný byznys, který ročně vytvářel dluhovou zátěž v řádu miliard Kč. Důsledkem toho, že na vymáhání byť 1 Kč bylo možné vydělávat tisíce, je vysoká míra předluženosti s tím pokles vymahatelnosti. Pravděpodobně statisíce exekucí jsou přitom, dle judikátů Ústavního soudu, vedeny nelegálně, ale lidé s nízkým vzděláním nedokáží využít zákonných práv. Projekt se snaží tuto nespravedlnost změnit a dát předluženým novou šanci na plnohodnotné začlenění společnosti. (Czech)
