Projekt je zaměřen na zkvalitnění nakládání s biologicky rozložitelnými odpady v obci Vlastiboř a okolních obcí.Cílem projektu je zejména zlepšení stavu životního prostředí, a to zvýšením podílu zpracování biologicky rozložitelného odpadu kompostováním a jeho následným využitím ke zlepšení půdní struktury pozemků (návrat organické hmoty půdě), resp. snížení podílu ukládaného biologicky rozložitelného odpadu na skládkách.Předmětem projektu je vybudování nové kompostárny a pořízení technologie.
