Hlavním cílem projektu je pomoc potřebným osobám s cílem usnadnit jejich začlenění do společnosti a zaručit plnění jejich základních práv. Pomoc potřebným osobám bude realizována prostřednictvím podpory vybraných druhů sociálních služeb, které jsou zařazeny do krajské sítě sociálních služeb na území hl. m. Prahy. Realizačně bude projekt zaměřen na systémovou podporu a financování běžných výdajů souvisejících s poskytováním základních druhů a forem konkrétních sociálních služeb. (Czech)
