Projekt se zaměřuje na zmírnění dopadů sociálního vyloučení v Chomutově prostřednictvím terénních programů (TP) a preventivní a resocializační služby (PR/RS). CS jsou osoby sociálně vyloučené či soc. vyloučením ohrožené včetně lidí v okolních věznicích. Záměrem projektu je zlepšení životní situace obyvatel díky službám vedoucím k zapojení klientů do společnosti včetně trhu práce.
