    Projekt zajistí poskytování sociálních služeb osobám sociálně vyloučeným na území Královéhradeckého kraje. Projekt reaguje na měnící se sociální podmínky, posiluje kapacity vybraných služeb a přispěje k inovaci způsobu jejich poskytování. Projekt podpoří implementaci požadavků na způsob dokumentace služby , současně evaluaci služeb, ve vztahu k dosahování cílů přispívajících k sociálnímu začleňování.
