Předkládaný projekt bude realizován na pozemcích obyvatel obcí v mikroregionu Stonávka. Zakoupené štěpkovače a kompostéry budou ve vlastnictví mikroregionu a občanům budou kompostéry předány na základě smlouvy o výpůjčce a po uplynutí doby udržitelnosti budou občanům darovány na základě sepsané smlouvy. V domácnostech bude kompostován rostlinný bioodpad z kuchyní a ze soukromé zeleně. Vzniklý kompost a štěpka budou využívány občany k aplikaci na své pozemky a štěpka také k energetickým účelům.
