Účelem záměru je ekologizace zdroje, která představuje zejména nahradit stávající suché odsíření kotlů K6 až K10 na pevná paliva mokrým odsířením spalin, které bude probíhat v nově instalovaném absorbéru. Odsířené spaliny budou odcházet přímo do nového komína instalovaného na absorbéru. Po instalaci absorbéru dojde ke snížení obsahu následujících látek ve vystupujících spalinách:- Koncentrace SO2- Koncentrace TZL (Czech)
