V rámci projektu bude zrekonstruován a přistavěn objekt č.p.51 v Hroubovicích, a to pro účely Komunitního centra, které bude začleňovat cílové skupiny do majoritní společnosti prostřednictvím realizace komunitních aktivit - viz. Studie proveditelnosti.. Výstupem projektu je zrekonstruovaná a zkolaudovaná budova Komunitního centra.V Komunitním centru nebudou poskytovány sociální služby v rámci zákona 108/2006 Sb. (Czech)
