Obsahem projektu je realizace Strategie komunitně vedeného místního rozvoje MAS Naděje o.p.s. pro období 2014 - 2020. Cílem projektu je pak podpořit realizaci aktivit, vedoucích k podpoře regionálního a ekonomického rozvoje oblasti MAS Naděje. Stěžejními aktivitami projektu bude vyhlašování výzev a tzv. animace území spočívající v poskytování konzultací a organizování vzdělávacích a informačních akcí pro zájmové skupiny, subjekty a veřejnost působící, žijící či podnikající na území MAS Naděje.
