Cílem projektu je zajistit rodinám s dětmi v bytové nouzi v Ostravě vlastní bydlení a pomoci rodičům vytvořit dětem stabilní domov. Jde o rozšíření soc. služby Šance domova, aby úspěšný model soc. bydlení mohl být nabídnut většímu počtu rodin. 50 rodinám bude zprostředkováno podnájemní bydlení a intenzivní individuální podpora soc.služby. Úspěšné rodiny získají vlastní nájemní bydlení. Na závěr projektu bude uspořádána odborná konference, na které budou shrnuty výsledky a výstupy projektu. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to provide families with children in need of their own housing in Ostrava and to help parents create a stable home for children. It is an extension of the social services of the Chance of Home so that a successful model of soc. housing can be offered to more families. 50 families will be provided with sublease housing and intensive individual support of social services. Successful families get their own rental housing. At the end of the project, an expert conference will be organised, at which the results and outputs of the project will be summarised. (English)
