Projekt řeší obnovu Chebského hradu. Celkovým cílem je revitalizace této památky.Dílčími cíli projektu jsou: nové zastřešení JV kasemat, JZ kasemat a JV bastionu, úprava výstavní síně a zřízení nové expozice v JV bastionu a obnova posledních dvou úseků hradebního opevnění. Hlavní aktivity projektu jsou stavební práce včetně restaurování a vybavení nové expozice inventářem.Projekt má vazby na strategické dokumenty, na Integrovanou strategii podpory kultury a již realizované projekty žadatele.
